Nothing. pgbrake runs locally. Its journal, audit log, saved rows and snapshots stay in ~/.pgbrake on your machine. It has no telemetry and license keys are verified offline, so the software never contacts our servers.
Payment card details are collected and processed by Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record and PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
To deliver and verify licenses, process refunds, provide support, meet tax and legal obligations, and send important notices about your license. We don't send marketing emails unless you opt in.
This website uses no cookies and no analytics. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log IP addresses for security; see GitHub's privacy statement. The checkout page is operated by Waffo Pancake under its own policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with Waffo Pancake (payments), our email provider (Google) to correspond with you, and authorities when required by law.
Data is kept in access-controlled accounts with two-factor authentication. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you within 72 hours of learning about it.
Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Support emails are kept for 2 years. You can ask us to delete anything not required by law.
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing us. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have these rights under those laws as well, and may complain to your local data protection authority.
We are based in China and our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. We rely on our providers' standard safeguards for such transfers.
pgbrake is a developer tool not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
We will post updates here and change the date above.
